Oasis Hotel adheres to all hygiene and cleanliness protocols ”Health First”, as defined by the National Health Organization and the Ministry of Tourism. Our priority is the hygiene, safety, and care of our staff and guests.
COMMON AREAS
- The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all public areas has increased significantly.
- Sanitizer dispensers in every public area of the hotel for the convenience of our guests and all back areas for our valuable staff.
- There is signage at reception reminding customers to maintain physical distances.
ROOMS
- The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and ventilated for at least 4 hours before each arrival.
- It is recommended that cleaning and changing of linen and towels should be done 3 times a week. Additional cleaning or linen change on request.
- Air conditioning has been checked and certified to meet safety and health standards.
- Decorative items, as well as reusable items, have been removed from the rooms.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
- All new guests arriving at the hotel must provide the necessary documentation before check-in.
- Where possible, a no-touching policy is applied in transactions.
- We urge our guests to receive their invoice upon check-out via email and payments are preferred to be done by debit or credit card.
- Web check-in is available.
- Keys are disinfected before each use.
- The hotel has an agreement with a private diagnostic center that provides 24-hour medical coverage.
STAFF
- All our staff is trained according to all new hygiene and preventive health rules, as well as the use of their hygiene.
- All members of the hotel team are committed to serving guests and applying the protocols and official notices in force.
- Thorough checking of all staff health certificates.
- Continuous training is provided throughout the year, updating and compliance with the rules of the competent authorities and the most up-to-date health protocols.
